Fall Training

The Fall Season is a 12-week program in which the professional Chicago Fire Soccer in the Community Trainers look to develop the following concepts:

  • Technique
  • Coordination
  • Tactics
  • Small Sided Games
  • Individualized Training
  • Athletic Training
  • Playing the Game.

Trainers are looking the correct technique and trying to develop that in all of our players.
