Referee Training

Referee training for both the U8 and U10 divisions will begin immediately following the start of the AYSO Region 418 season.

We will conduct two U8 training sessions, one on Sunday, September 12, and a second session on Thursday, September 16. Completing these sessions will provide you both the knowledge and certification to referee a U8 game. These sessions are scheduled for about three hours. Depending on demand, we may add a third U8 session the week of September 20.

For anyone interested in becoming a U10 (Regional) referee, you will need to attend one of the U8 sessions and then attend an upgrade session on Sunday September 26. The U10 upgrade is a four-hour session. The U8 course is a prerequisite for taking this upgrade session.
