SoccerFest 2014 - Sat & Sun June 7 & 8

Welcome to the AYSO Region 418 SoccerFest web page!

SoccerFest is the end-of-year tournament for our U10, U12, and U14 divisions.

On this page you will find Rules and Regulations for the tournament, Game Schedules, and tournament results.

U10 Active Referee Policy

Because of a shortage of U10 referees, we ask every U10 team to provide at least one certified referee to help officiate our U10 games. Refereeing for your kids is a great way to participate in their soccer experience. Teams with a contributing, certified referee will receive top priority for scheduling referees during the regular season and will qualify for the refereed flights of the end-of-the-season SoccerFest tournament in June. To qualify as a U10 active ref, you will need to complete the training program and work a minimum of four games in either the fall or spring session.

U14

SoccerFest will occur on Saturday only for U14; all games will be played on Field 1. The boys play in the morning; the girls in the afternoon. Each team will play two 30 minute "play-in" games; the top two teams from the play-in round will play a single championship game. The top four teams from each flight will receive medals.

U12

SoccerFest will occur on both Saturday and Sunday for U12; boys will play Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon; the girls will play Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. All U12 games will be played on Fields 2, 3, and 4. Each gender will be broken into two flights of 8 to 10 teams; the top four teams from each flight will receive medals.

U10

SoccerFest will occur on both Saturday and Sunday for U10; boys will play Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon; the girls will play Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. All U10 games will be played on Fields 3, 6, 7, 8, and E. Each gender will be broken into flights of 8 to 10 teams; the top four teams from each flight will receive medals. There will be five boys flights and four girls flights. Because of a shortage of U10 referees, teams not providing a certified referee will not qualify for the refereed flights of the tournament.
