Please check here frequently for at home exercises your players can use to stay in shape while away from the pitch. We strive to bring you relevant training from our professional trainers including P2 Soccer, Northwind SC, DriveGK as well as other quality training sources. Each of these modules can and should be repeated by your player in order master the exercise.

ForP2 Soccer Sessions, simply search P2 Soccer on Facebook and hit like. You’ll then receive a Facebook notification when they begin their broadcast. If you join in late, the live stream can be found on their page and all videos will be uploaded to their Facebook channel under the ‘videos’ section
