Q: I can't log in.
Q: My spouse registered my child, how do I log into their account?
Q: When are games and practices?

Q: I need to cancel my child's registration. Can I get a refund?

  • Q: I can't log in, or I am logged in but I don't see my participant's information.
    A:
    If you have forgotten your username or password, request to reset your password at the login page. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you create a second account, it will not be linked to your child, and you will not be able to view your team page or your child's registration information. If you accidentally created a second account, separate from the account used to register your child, you will not be able to access your child's team information from that second account. Log out and log back into the account used to register your child. Email [email protected] to have multiple accounts merged, or if issues persist.

  • Q: My spouse registered my child, how do I log into their account?
    A: The Primary Account User can invite you to be an Additional Account User. From your My Account page, click on the gear icon in the upper right, to "Edit Account Info", scroll to bottom of Primary Parent/Guardian Info page and click on the green "Add Additional Account Holder" button. An invitation will be sent to the Additional Account User with a link to create their own login for the account. 

  • Q: When are games and practices?
    A: Game schedules are posted on the Team Page Calendar, accessible by from your My Account page. Practice times and locations will be scheduled by the volunteer coaches.  

  • Q: My child is on a wait list, when will I know if he/she is placed on a team?
    A: Placement on a team is not guaranteed. Division Administrators do their best to place as many players from the waitlist as possible. We are an all-volunteer run organization, and are always looking for more coaches. You can better your child's chance of being placed on a team, by volunteering to coach. Otherwise, placement off the waitlist is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the wait list is free. You will receive an email confirming your child's placement on a team, with instructions to log into your account and pay the registration fee.

  • Q: How do I volunteer?
    A: There are many volunteer roles that need to be filled each year. It takes the work of many to make each soccer season happen. We are always looking for more help, especially coaches. No prior experience is necessary, we provide all the training you will need. To sign up to volunteer, log into your account and add the volunteer role of your choice by searching for "Find Volunteer Roles" in the Volunteer tab in your account. Volunteers must sign up every year for their preferred role. A level II background check is run as part of the volunteer registration for every AYSO volunteer, every year.

  • Q: Can my child be placed on the same team as his/her friend?
    A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that players will be placed on the same team, unless they both have parents volunteering to coach that team together. List the name of the volunteer you would like to be paired with when you select to coach your child's division. We do not allow more than 2 travel team players to be placed on the same team, in order to maintain balanced teams in our Core Program.

  • Q: I need to cancel my child's registration. Can I get a refund?
    A: Email your request to withdraw to the Registrar at [email protected]
    A child may not participate in AYSO Region 418 programs once (s)he has been withdrawn. Coaches are not authorized to allow a withdrawn player to rejoin their teams. 

    Region 418 refunds regional Core Program player fees according to the schedule below. The $17.50 National AYSO Membership Fee is non-refundable. Northwind SC and EXTRA fees are non-refundable. A refund of the Core Program Fee will be processed directly to the credit card used for registration, or a check will be mailed to you in 4-6 weeks. 

    -- If player withdrawal request is made before the first game, and the uniform is returned in new condition, the regional Core Program Fee is refunded in full.
    -- If player withdrawal request is made after the first game has been played, 50% refund is provided if the uniform is returned. $25 will be deducted from the refund if the uniform is not returned in new condition.
    -- If player refund is requested after the conclusion of the fall session, no refund is made.
